I am a huge Hurts fan but you are spot on. It was a universal, across the board failure.

Yea we need to just lick our wounds and hope to beat central Florida. This team isn’t good enough to win a championship. That’s not a quick judgment, I’ve been getting downtvoted here all year for that sentiment. The flaws just came to ahead tonight.

The offensive line was for shite. If they didn't just step and have a penalty, they sure as hell couldn't stop a lackadaiscal 4 man rush to the QB. Hurts couldn't get away.
Just got pushed around on both sides of the ball frankly.

Saban.

This was pathetic. Kinda reminded me of South Carolina a few years back. We don't deserve playoffs. CapitalOne, here we come. I bet Michigan State is already shitting bricks

Hopefully the opportunity is used for a lot of rotational play at multiple positions, including quarterback, just to see what some guys can do against a live defense.

Probably not going to happen, but would be good nonetheless.

Let’s just all agree that pretty much the entire team didn’t play great today except maybe Payne.

Why do we lose one yet all of a sudden don't deserve playoffs?

Auburn can lose two.
OSU can lose two.

Heck everybody except Wisconsin and Goergia can lose to an average team.

Yet we cant lose to a great team away from home?

Why is that??

Yep, no need to point to one particular group. It was a total failure.

I felt this was going to happen for 2 weeks, but yall mofos got me hyped these past few days.

My gut was right, we were all show no substance.

We don’t deserve the playoffs. We deserve the Capital One Bowl. There was one playoff team on the field tonight and we were not it

Maybe the extra time between games will help Saban gameplan better than he did tonight .I can't believe he didn't use more time before the Mercer game to prepare for Auburn.

This performance was just that bad in my opinion, but I see your point. I honestly don't know who "deserves" to be in the playoffs this year.

We looked like we didnt belong on the same field as auburn a playoff contender. We have a super weak schedule.
