I don’t think this team even had the talent. This defense isn’t as good as the ones from the last two years and the OL is worst one we’ve had in couple of years. The OL has struggled against EVERY SINGLE somewhat DL they’ve faced this year. Daball’s playcalling in all those games was questionable too.

Our offensive line sucks and our defense is a shell of itself due to injuries and inexperience.... it will be interesting to see if we can sneak in or not. If not, don’t bother going to the bowl game haha.

That set the tone right out the gate..!And told me the offense would play not to lose.
Saban a defensive coach and he's always gonna play that way.But when you dont have the defense you had last year.You cant play not to lose.

Ultimately the game was Hurts vs Stidham. Stidham was a boss and Hurts was a no-show
