Auburn's offense is crushing everything right now. Frustrating since the only way we can score is a HBP with bases loaded.

I don't keep up with Alabama baseball that much but i know our fans are getting tired of Gaspard. Is he kind of like Anthony Grant was for us in basketball? An average coach at best?

Pretty much. His supporters blamed facilities. He's had one super regional appearance and has missed the post season a couple of times. When we do make it, we get sent to Tallahassee and end up losing (eliminated once by Troy, the other time by Kennesaw State).
Omaha isn't the expectation, but we haven't hosted in 10 years and that's unacceptable.

What do you think will have to happen to get Gaspard fired? Is he on the "hot seat"?

He's gone if we fail to make the post season beyond Hoover. It should've happened last year heading into a basically new stadium, but Battle gave him the benefit of playing a year at the Met.
The point I was making yesterday is we might be 4-2 in the SEC, but the SEC is tough this year and this offense will not take us beyond a regional. It hasn't gotten better in the first month. Hell, it's been frustrating for a few years now.

Sorry guys, I just can't emotionally invest in this crap. They are so incredibly predictable, and we all know next up is regression to the mean in conference play and a 3 seed in Tallahassee.

Glad to get the annual loss to Auburn out of the way. They should just forfeit this game every year, would be less embarrassing. Bama is 1-6 in this game now.

This is his 7th year and he still hasn't shown that he can compete. Battle better fire his arse this season when we implode at the end or else I'm starting a conspiracy that Gaspard has dick pics of Battle.

Alabama is 0-3 in their last three midweek games, losing by a combined score of 27-3 to teams that are a combined 41-35 (Southern Miss has 19 of those wins).

So what is the deal? We are winning on the weekends and get crushed during the week. Do we just not have a decent 4th SP option? Is it that simple?
