Hats off to Touki - guy made some incredible strides mentally to be able to work through trouble early in games.
He's had 3 straight games where he went 5+ innings and gave us above average outings where he would have crumbled after 1+ innings the last 3 years.

Yep! Touki's come through big since his call up.
With maturity, confidence, control, location all there for the big fella.

Why the frick is Tomlin on the team? I get it he eats innings when games are pretty much decided either way but his 86mph fastball isn’t gonna do shite.

I swear to God if we lose this game Snit should be fired

It's like he intentionally dares the opponent to come back, win the game with his bonehead decisions.

I better see Josh Tomlin has been DFA’d tommorow

He pitching decisions are shite just like Bobby’s. He is also too fricking loyal to guys just like Bobby.

Simply batting practice when Josh is on the mound

Very fortunate we got those free runs via the walks

On the fun side Freeman hits for the cycle, Morton, with another great pitching performance, 6-0 on the road trip, with another weak team coming in the Orioles.
Currently up 3 games, could be 3.5 in an hr or so. Phillies losing at the moment to the horrible Dbacks.

As a casual observer of this thread they must be on fricking fire.
I only see the thread title and they were 4-5 games under .500 and now they are 9 games above the mark.
That's a hell of a swing in less than a month.

They're definitely smoking hott Saint.
Starting pitching, whole batting order, on fire!
Made some key trades, at the trade deadline, turning the season around.

My grandmother, aged 93, is the biggest Braves fan on earth. She watches and records each and every game. She rewatches the previous days game until the current game starts. She's that passionate.
I'd love for the Braves to give her one last World Series run.

Saint, sounds like you've had 1 of a kind grandmother.
My Granddad always tuned in to the Braves on WTBS, which as a young whipper snapper got me hooked in the early 80's.
13-0 to start the 82 season was where it all started for me.
