*I write this assuming Najee leaves.*

Will any RBs be processed? Ford maybe? Brian Robinson maybe? I say Robinson because in my opinion he did not take a step forward in his junior season like we saw Najee take. And, from everything I've heard Trey Sanders was going to take some of Robinson's carries if not for his foot injury. We all see Keiland Robinson is special. And, we are bringing in 2-3 very good freshman RBs.

Who will get the bulk of the carries next season?

Trey Sanders #1
Keilan Robinson #2

One of the Freshman #3

I think Brian Robinson might be asked to transfer

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I had a long conversation tonight with my cousin, another Bama fan, and we were talking about if B Rob might be processed. I don't know what was up with him this season. He showed no explosion and elusiveness like he did in the past.

Can’t see Saban asking him to transfer. As a matter of fact, that sounds crazy just from the ethical side of things.

He was the number 2 guy last year and the number 1 guy is leaving. He will be used as depth at the very least.

Robinson should swap to defense. Maybe LB.

This! B Rob should get on the other side of the ball and give it a go.

The Alabama football complex has to be the only gin joint in the world where a career YPA of 4.8 could get you moved to defense.

I have no doubts that he will.

Robinson may be a poor man’s Roy Upchurch, but he’s no Ronnie Clarke. He’s not in that unit for charity.

There's a flip in for OU commit Jase Mclellan for those who don't follow recruiting. He's considered elite and was a 5 star until recently when he slipped a little.

Robinson was never that good. This board hyped him up for some odd reason when he was basically a garbage time back historically.

Never saw all the hype in Robinson, thought he was solid but nothing more than that.

Well I mean he was the 8th best back in his class. That's pretty dang good.

If (Brian) Robinson can catch, he could be moved to H Back or TE if he puts on 10-15 lbs. He’s not really tall enough for a TE, but he’s a bigger running back. At 240, he’d be a wrecking ball. One thing positive is he is hard to bring down. Has the makings of a good downhill gap hitter. Kind of similar to DeMarco Murray. Hopefully he gets a fair shot. We all know that Saban values experience as much as or more than sheer talent.

Robinson was really good when he played. It’s obvious he put on too much weight this year cause he can never get any space or be able to use his great power.

Of course he will be 100%. It isnt like he blew out a knee or anything. I guess he may deal with issues from his foot but I think he comes back as good or maybe even better than last year.

4.8 YPC is not all that good in college football, especially modern college football. In the NFL it’s good m, but in college if you can’t even crack 5 for your career after 3 years of playing mostly garbage time it doesn’t give me confidence in you as a key cog in the offense. I think he has potential, and for all I know he could start next year and be an All American, but he hasn’t shown anything that would make me want him taking snaps over even Keilan Robinson next season. Not to mention if Sanders is legit, but we have seen nothing from Sanders at this level.

To be fair, Keilan has only played in garbage time against garbage teams. The verdict is still out on him playing with the 1s. He has the speed and agility to be dangerous, but we need to see how his vision is against some elite defensive fronts, and I’m sure we will next season. Otherwise, he might end up pulling a Kamara.

A senior RB who was #2 last year ain't being asked to leave. Y'all forget how much Saban values experience.
