Would have been nice for him to represent his school with his gear for TV. His opponent Shipley had an Ohio State logo patch on his shirt and he’s only a one-year OSU grad student transfer from James Madison U. But several Bama teammates were there along with Coach Seawell.

The USGA allows college golfers to make NIL money through sponsorships and Dunlap is a top 10, probably soon to be top 5, amateur golfer in the world who will be competing in the PGA in another couple of years. Shipley is well outside the top 100. I'm sure that had everything to do with it.

I went into Cherry Hills today to try and get a glimpse of the course. Their security told me to leave fairly quickly
