Lane Bearden had a torn ACL. I remember him punting against Ole Miss with the torn ACL. Absolute badass.

I will say at times it looked like our o-line was sleep walking through the USF game last season. But they didn’t play much better against them this season. Maybe Wilkin Formby is on team Simpson???

He was high on Auburn's wishlist after last season. They would have dropped a massive bag for him out of the portal. He would have made way more transferring than whatever NIL he's getting at Bama. So no that doesn't explain why he's stuck around if the team really did mutiny and hang him out to dry.

Perhaps.... those high in our program understood that $4 was going to be the guy this season No Matter What (other than injury) so they elected to try and protect the program for the future by paying Ty. If he hits the portal soon then we know the protection was just for one year.

Who are these people? Was this documented or recorded? I’m not saying with 100% certainty that it didn’t happen, I’d just like to see the evidence myself before coming to a conclusion. I just honestly believe Nick Saban wouldn’t allow some crap like that to happen. He did get a little softer as he aged though
