Hello everybody, I'm heading to Tuscaloosa this year for my first baseball series there. Don't have any tickets yet, but hoping they won't be that hard to find. It's a Th, Fri, Sat series and I'll be there for all three.

Anything interesting I should see or do? What's the tailgating scene like? Should I try to setup my own tailgate or just walk around and visit? Any insight would be appreciated!

Only tailgating you'll likely see before the game is near the right field, and even then, it probably won't be a good bit of people. I know LSU fans love to bring a party with them when they travel in baseball, so if you set up a tailgate, you'll probably feel at home.

That weekend will also be the anniversary of the '11 tornadoes, so I'm guessing there will be some type of event to remember it. Honestly, I would recommend going to Band of Brothers Brewery or Druid City Brewing. Around this time of year, they usually start doing some cook outs and have live music.

Druid City Music Hall may have a concert that night. Tons of talent in there

I'm assuming Bama uses the first base dugout?

Awesome, enjoy the new stadium. It isn't the Box but it's a nice place to catch a ballgame.

The tailgating scene will be nonexistent for the weekday games. Don't know about Saturday. It's already not very popular at Bama, and getting swept by Oral Roberts isn't going to help matters.
