So the accuser’s attorney held a press conference today and Primo’s attorney issued this response.

“We disagree with the accuracy of facts, details and timeline presented today. While we would like to share more information, we will allow the legal process to play out.
“Our organization remains committed to upholding the highest standards and will continue to live by our values and culture,” wrote Spurs Sports and Entertainment CEO RC Buford.

The lawsuit brought by former @spurs psychologist Dr. Hillary Cauthen is officially closed. Dismissed against both the Spurs and Josh Primo. "With Prejudice" means it is over and done with, and can't be brought back to court. Still no word on criminal charges vs Primo

With prejudice says to me that she couldn't prove her claims at all.
