OOC neutral site games, SEC Championships in ATL, First round Playoff games, National Titles…
Travel expenses, tickets, concessions, etc. has any other fan base filled stadiums week in and week out while spending thousands of dollars each year over the last 16 years? As a student I could count on crashing on a couch and scalping tickets, but man it has been an expense to witness this incredible ride. No doubt the best money I’ve ever spent, and I’ve been lucky to make it work with what I’ve had. Was just asked how much money I’ve spent on Tide football since 2006 and had honestly no idea

Alabama brings in a lot of OOS students as well. Alabama’s tuition is gaining value with a lot of high quality and international students coming in and out numbering the in state kids.
I imagine that probably drives up prices of general stuff as well.

I was a junior at UA when we beat Miami for the Title in ‘92! Got to witness it inside the Superdome for $60!! Face value for that seat was $40!!! Cheapest game I have witnessed in the past 31 years!!!

I saw my 1st bama game in Coach Bryants 1st year in 1958. I have witnessed 13 national titles and Many SEC titles.Yes, I'm an old fart. I was season ticket holder from the mid 70s until I had to give them up in 2012 because of an accident to my wife. No telling how much I've spent going to games. Enjoyed every second of it. Met a to of the Bama greats over the years. Being in Legion Field on Saturday afternoons was like being in paradise. Enjoy these times guys. It is, and always will be, great to be a Bama fan. Roll Tide

Got my BS degree from SUNY Oswego and MS from Kansas State BUT I sent my daughters to Bama. All three graduated on time, with honors and came home with husbands. Bama sure helped by giving all three scholarships (two had Presidential scholarships) and I'll always be grateful to Bama for treating my family so well. ROLL Tide!

I passed on coming to the Texas and LSU games because I was hedging my bets on us making it to the title game in Houston.
The dream is still alive.
