Joking obviously but can anyone name another profession (besides politics) where one can consistently underachieve and produce mediocre results yet not only keep your job, but get paid over a million dollars a year as well? I can't name a single positive thing this walking drunk tank has ever done as DC.

I just can't wrap my mind around how the hell Pete Golding earns $1.6 million a year. I am taken aback by it. I thought that kind of salary had to be earned. This dude doesn't even deserve a Chinese slave labor wage.

Joe Kines made $300k in his final year at UA and Joe was taking shits that knew more about defense than Pete does.

Sexton is to agents what Schefter is to reporting. He essentially has an underground monopoly on any and every sports figure he wants and nobody will give him push back based on his track record.

I imagine soon enough he’ll get a class action sooner or later and it won’t be pretty.

Why do people think their random thoughts are thread worthy? All of this is new and riveting and definitely couldn’t have gone in the other 300 threads

Since the beginning, when Bluto was hired to “transition” from Pruitt (also a Sexton client). Pete had the brains and Tosh (Sexton client) had the “fire”.

Need to think outside of the box (Jimmy Sexton) with the next hires. Dude is stealing money right now.

I know you were joking, but this guy has an answer here.

Regardless, it’s tremendously interesting that so many thousands of people making high salaries could be suddenly sent packing and yet the platform continues to function just fine. If you have ever spent time in mainstream American corporate culture, you know why. Vast numbers of employees do absolutely nothing. Worse, they do something: they make work for themselves by making the work of others harder. They subtract value from the firm rather than add to it.

This problem is massive in corporate America, not just at Twitter. Friends of mine who have worked for Facebook and Google describe a disastrous work environment in which they are prevented from achieving anything at all by managers, who themselves report to other managers, who then report to yet another layer. Their days are spent in endless and pointless meetings in which everyone is invited to preen and posture about their vast achievements to a room full of people who know for sure that the whole thing is just theater.

Sounds familiar, had a meeting from 8-9:30 another one from 10-11, and fixing to go into another at 12. The shite is so stupid and not needed.
