My take on Cincy. I watched a few snap only games of theirs to include ND.

Their DL and OL are undersized and get little push.

Their Secondary is pretty good, boundary corners, safeties are pretty good.

If they don’t run the ball well, they fall apart pretty quickly.

Their running back is decent, not a world beater.

Nothing I saw that jumped off the map at WR.

My take is they don’t have the Jimmies to hang with us in the trenches. That as we all know is where the battle is won.

According to ESPN, they were 0-8 on third down vs Houston.

Stetson Bennett worries me more because of his mobility. Daniels would be a sitting duck against our front seven. I'm intrigued to see how Michigan plays them.

Really ? Greg McElroy was saying how big Cincinnati is up front and that smaller fronts had given them issues. I hope that our guys don't underestimate them.

I do, he’s our transfer but he isn’t a world beater.

They won’t, and from my view they are kind of undersized.

I recently saw Cincy in person a couple of weeks ago when they played ECU. They had one skill player that looked good #12 Alec Pierce. Big body, good hands, but not really fast. Other than him, I don't think anyone really stood out.

They have a couple of very good DB's. #1 Ahmad Gardner will be a first or second round draft pick. Good size, very fast. Kind of thin, he’s certainly not going to play bump and run.

Really that's all that stood out to me. Ridder threw 2 picks and didn't really look consistent. ECU is a weak team and is pretty small. Their QB is way below average and they still managed to take control for small portions of the game.

Cincy made a couple of nice special teams plays, blocked a FG and returned it for a TD. Blocked a punt. That said their kicker may be worse than any of the kickers that we sweated out over the years, he's truly bad.

Small sample size, but I walked away from that game unimpressed with them. They looked like an above average ACC team. Think NC State or Miami.

Their starting OL are all listed between 300-320. Looks like a pretty average sized group.
