What is the basis for this comment? I don’t think we’ve up to the standard in the trenches since Baillou got here except for 2020 which was an abnormal season.

His stuff might be good for skill guys, but we’ve looked soft too often over the past 3.5 years.

I still haven't forgiven him for his block in the back on Mark Barron's INT in the "Game of the Century". We would have had the ball on the 3 yard line. Instead, we started on the 35, went 3 and out, and had to settle for a FG.

The closest to the goal line that we ever snapped the ball in that game was the 17 yard line.

Maybe not, but in addition to things I mentioned in my post, we also get pushed around on the line of scrimmage. Again, it’s hard not to include strength and conditioning as a potential reason for that.
