LaBaron Philon is the best guard on this team, we’re going to have to see how Sears copes with it.

Cliff is a different kinda guy. Bama hasn’t had anyone like that in a long, long time.

Holloway seems to be enjoying basketball again...he was miserable under Pearl.

Accountability for all players. Even your vets, even your stars. Sears is mature enough to take it.

Y’all remember watching B Miller and being like “that’s an NBA dude”? That’s how I feel about Philon.

It’ll come. If he wants to get drafted, it’ll come from him proving it later this season.

No one who has had his success wants to be on the bench in these moments. He’s not showing his arse but you can tell he’s getting humbled.

Gotta be rough to have your HC sweat all over you while he's trying to coach.

I remember seeing Miller warm up before game one and realizing he was a different dude.

When that last five was in there at the end and making stops defensively, everyone on the bench was standing except one. Bad look.

He's the best lead guard! He's a natural one.

Understand something guys. It's going to take time for Mark Sears to adjust. He carried us last season playing heavy minutes.

Again once he learns to play off Philon...he's going to be unstoppable once again.

I remember Nate Oats having to do the same thing to John Petty like his first season here and by seasons end John Petty was carrying the team until he got hurt.

I'm not worried about Mark Sears at all...

He's coming!

That group Nate put out there after the Shotclock malfunction timeout…that was a good group who could score and defend
