I've already given up my ticket for this Saturday. I'm not going to sit in the heat or rain in the middle of the day while watching us beat the living shite out of a terrible team. I really wish we would schedule some true away games. I'm tired of going to Atlanta. Let's schedule a game at Washington, Colorado, somewhere. Who wouldn't like to go to Seattle or Denver?

Every team who wishes to make a title run needs a couple of these breather games to get healthy and work out kinks. They do have value. But three of them is a bit much. Two cupcakes and two Big5 teams makes more sense and is reasonable.

Yep. I don't want to see Alabama travel to a place like Duke again.

Tide fans took over that campus it was awesome.. good times

Funniest thing I remember about that game is watching our team having to walk across an open practice field to get from the visitors' locker room to the stadium.

@CFTalk: With this announcement, Ohio State has non-conference games in 2023 scheduled with Notre Dame, Texas and Boston College.

If OSU can do it, so can we.

OSU also doesn't have to play an SEC schedule.

They stand just as much to lose (possible playoff berth) from an OOC loss as we do. CNS is on record that he wants 9 confetence games and 3 OOC games against Big 5 teams. It's understandable he doesn't want to do if no one else is. Well, we would no longer be the only ones. With both Bama and OSU moving that direction, I bet most of the other big boys would fall in-line.
