I think Tosh is staying put no matter what. Whether he is DC or not. I've heard Gene's name tossed around.

I could get on board with this actually as long as Tosh stays, guy had great defenses up in NC

North Carolina didn't win their division because of him. His defenses were horrendous there, finishing 63rd and 96th in the nation. Are we also forgetting how clueless Auburn was defensively when he was the HC?
