Have both title games as well as the 2012 WCWS finals, and the 2011 and 2012 Super Six re-broadcasts

I have an HD video card in a desktop pc that i keep in the cabinet that houses my entertainment center. it has an HDMI out. That's the best way.
Depending on the video card in your computer, and what type of video inputs your tv has, there are a number of ways you can do it though.
Certain converters run out of a USB port to an RCA outlet (red/white/yellow cables) but that won't give you HD. Other TV's have VGA inputs (the traditional computer moniter cable port..) this gives you reasonably decent resolution, but not as good as an HDMI in my experience. Then, there are also TV's now being sold that connect to your network or cloud and access the files directly.
Just research your system and figure it out. Call a nerd if you need. I like my setup personally, but you need a decent video card to have an HDMI out.
