You know what’s interesting is a lot of these posters probably also complain about how soft the sport has become. A lot of them are older and watched defenses in the 80s and 90s play much harder. Pretty much every celebrated hit back then would be illegal now. But apparently this is too far.
Also little criticism levied toward Kelly for letting a QB there are so convinced was concussed back out there. I guess they don’t care about actual player safety all that much

The roughing the passer call on Turner was weak as hell. 9 times out of 10, that doesn't get called.

They’re not going to let you do forceful contact into the ground AFTER the ball is out. He engaged the contact too late but really didn’t have the capacity to let up either. You just have to accept the penalty there.
