This game is huge.

If Miami loses this, then all we need is for Ohio State to beat Wisconsin OR tcu to beat Oklahoma and Bama is a playoff lock whatever happens tomorrow.

I'm so sick of hearing about their freaking turnover chain. I wonder if this is how everyone else felt about our NOT streak last year.

this game doesn't really mean much unless clemson loses as well

If Miami’s only loss was to Clemson in the ACC championship there would be a strong argument between a one-loss Bama and a one-loss Miami for the fourth spot (assuming either Oklahoma or Wisconsin is eliminated in their conference title game).

With Miami losing before the the ACC championship game it guarantees there won’t be two ACC teams in, and as I said as long as Wisconsin or Oklahoma lose as well then Bama will get in even with a loss tomorrow.

All that being said Hopefully we destroy Auburn but I like the extra insurance since the Iron Bowl is on the Plains.

If SC could beat clemson, I think things get interesting there.

They'll put a 2 loss Ohio State in over us if we lose tomorrow.

No chance.

ETA: If Bama got blown out tomorrow then it is a different story. All scenarios from above is Alabama losing a close/good game in the Iron Bowl. A blow out is different. But Bama hasn’t been blown out in like a decade so I’m not too worried about that.

I think Ohio State's two loses are bad.

The committee's purpose is to get the best matchups for TV. I don't see them putting in two teams from Alabama and leaving out an entire region of the country in the Midwest.

They've given themselves endless criteria, so they can justify whatever they want.

If OU loses, Bama is in the playoffs regardless of what happens tomorrow.
