Yeldon is the worst short yardage back of the Saban era.
But still, this game was on the coaches. AU had 9 in the box all day and Bama only challenged them on obvious passing downs sans the cooper TD.

I still can't believe Alabama lost.... Because of Foster the didn't attempt a FG and got stopped short on 4th and 2. I mean hell that's 12 points off the board because your kicker can't make them and the coach doesn't trust him

No need to blame anyone we fell as a team. Foster 2 missed fg, Arie false start when he did make that one, the offensive line not being able to get one yard. As a team we gave this game away.

CNS should have run to the middle of the field with 5 minutes left and kicked the extra point for a 10 point lead.
The side judge was allin for AU, he spotted Yeldon a yard short when he was actually right on the yellow line, then called a holding call onthe TE when he couldn't see it, after Auburn scored both TDS after a missed facemask and a blatant hold on the W.R.
We should have realized with 40 seconds left they had to pass , I knew it why didn't we ?
We lost to a high school like team, because of dropped TDs missed FGs and questionable refs , damn shame.
Also their kicker should have got a helmet to helmet call on the kick return.

Love Saban but I agree.
I feel sorry for Foster--Bill Davis was probably a good kicker/great guy but all I remember about him is the missed extra point against ND in '73.
I hope our fanbase shows class in not harassing Foster.

Safe to say Foster got the better end of the deal with his scholarship.
