Former player David McCarty has passed away

Played for Coach Bryant on the 1979 team. He battled cancer for close to 13 years after being told he only had months to live. Those Bryant players were always tough ones.
He was a loving father, husband, and was such a big part in everyones life that knew him. Please pray for his loved ones as this is difficult for our family.
