Logically yes. But they put Notre Dame ahead of us. The only thing Notre Dame has over us is we have a worse loss. So yes I could see this idiotic committee not dropping Oregon very far. Or jumping USC over us.

Great. But you don't put a STARTING CB in as a PR for the first time in the 4th Q of a blowout.
I don't care how good he is at returning punts. Why would you risk an injury?
