According to Bracketology odds that gives us about a 75% chance.. If we get to 19 regular season wins, I think we're a lock btw

I think 18 wins and 2 in the SEC tourney might do it.

It's impossible to know until other bubble teams resumes firm up and midmajor tournaments happen

If we won 18 and then got another solid win in Nashville (LSU/AU/UK) we'd certainly have a good shot, I'd think.

We have some sneaky tough ones down the stretch, though : @ OM, @ State and Carolina will all be tough.

I think at 19 wins we'd be a lock considering the schedule we've played, going by opponents net we've played the 10th toughest schedule in the country. 18 wins I'd be a little nervous, we'd probably be in but it's no guarantee, we'd be right on the bubble most likely.

I think the magic number is 19. 20 would be a lock. If we can get to 18 in the regular season, and the add 1 or 2 more in the SEC tourney--I like our odds. Gotta finish at least 4-2 these next 6.

18 and 1 win in Nashville Will do it IMO. 19 before the SEC tournament would also do it IMO

I ain't doing it. Nope, nope, nope!!! Not setting myself up for the letdown after being on the bubble these last couple of weeks. I know how this movie ends. I have seen it so many times as a Bama fan.

In all seriousness, it's not hard to be excited about the direction of the program although I am sure I have said this multiple times in the past as well. Unlike Grant, the team was fun to watch with an exciting style of play and unlike Johnson, we look like we have an actual system/philosophy that we practice on. Oats gets a solid A from me year one even if we are just a high seed in the NIT.

So frustrating knowing that if we just had the games we GAVE away , we are sitting at 17-18 wins and feeling pretty confident about the NCAAT for a change

I didn't realize that bracketology brackets can project out. I thought they were just what it would be if the tourney started today.
But no one really knows. At least not until all the automatic bids are determined.
I guess a .500 record in the conference and a win in the tourney could get us close

I feel most teams "Give away" a game or two over the course of the season. We just need to make sure we are done giving away games.

Agreed . But up 21 to UF, not counting ARKY and TN double digits and nearly gave up 18 pt lead to LSU...... got to finish teams off when you have them down . We get lackadaisical

If this team some how gets in the tournament, I can certainly see them making some noise, they are a totally different team with Herb.

I think it will take 20 wins earned between regular season and conference tournament to ensure a spot.
