We have a running back that’s 5 yards away from a 100 yard game against an SEC opponent. With all of the recent struggles we’ve had in the running game, I figured this deserved its own thread

I can tell the OL has improved just based off of him.
He was pure arse last year and now serviceable as RB1

All 3 running backs have looked good when they have a halfass push from the line.

He got a carry with Mack in. He's obviously been passed over by the freshmen.

He’s also been a lot more shifty and agile. He’s already spun out of quite a few TFLs this year

He wasn’t, but Dear was. We’re pretty loaded at running back. I hate that we’ll probably lose one or two to the portal at the end. I think our freshmen might be good enough to keep their 2 and 3 spots.

He looked like a quality SEC feature back today for the first time in his career.
