Ty has great passing talent and likely will do better away from Deboer and Grubb. They didn't understand how to bring out the best in him because they have serious coaching flaws.

What are DeBoer’s serious coaching flaws that hindered Ty this past year? Please try to be specific, not something like, “he’s just not a good coach”, etc. Thanks

Deboer-1) Just look at how Ty was manged and there is your example. 2) He likes and agrees with Grubbs coaching philosophy: Weak, finesse, bi-polar.
