Considering that you proclaimed not once, but at least twice that you were through with Tua, and now this comment, I don't suppose you give Tua a bit of credit for fighting through the injury and the first half to make it a competitive game in the 2nd. So which other of the quarterbacks do you think should start the rest of the games?

Considering that your brilliant response in the thread was to call me a “hypocrite “ would you like a link to Webster.com or to The Princess Bride’s “I don’t think that word means what you think that it means”?

Oh, let me guess. Your next retort will be to make an assessment of my life and character in spite of not knowing the slightest bit about me. Am I right?

no. My next "retort" is to note that you didn't answer the question.

400 + yards and 4 touchdowns aside, since you've made it clear that you're through with Tua, who do you think should be the quarterback the next few games?

1. Good decision.

2. I never once said that another player should quarterback us through the next few games. I am, however, not real interested in him returning for another year. I am ready to move on.

you said you're through with Tua. Not only once did you say that, but at least twice. So if you're through with him it's reasonable to think you would prefer another quarterback.

Like I said, you're a hypocrite anyway.

I still maintain Sark went rogue and did that without Saban's knowledge and blessing and probably took an arse chewing for it, as he should.

What? Without his knowledge? You understand he is wearing a headset where he hears every call - defense and offense, right? Coach tells them what to do in terms of how aggressive (or not) he wants to be in certain situations - and they make the calls. He can easily object (and does at times) if he wants. I’ve seen him turn to the coordinators or speak to them over the headset and tell them what to do. I’ve also seen him yell at them over the headset. Regardless, he knows what is happening.

That is what a head coach like Saban (who does not call his own plays) does. He delegates the flow to the coaches, but tells them what he wants done as the game goes along - whether it is going to the prevent we always do and give up scores late in games to crappy teams (where we may have 10 different alignments that the Coordinator will call) or a simple victory formation.
