Q: "Which current commit/target do you feel Bama's staff would think is the most underrated by recruiting services?"
Hank: "Probably anybody that's not a high 4-star lol. Alabama thinks highly of this class and each guy they currently have committed."

Sounds great but I can't remember a coach saying their class isn't very good or last years was better!

Not that I disagree with you regarding competing point.
But I have Liked B.Robinson over 22 for a while now .
I really thought he was the second best RB on the roster coming into this year.
I will agree that jacob has put in the work and earned the top or second spot.
I also agree with lane kiffin assessment that D.Harris has great vision and that separates him from the pack.
But I also like the combo's vision, feet and slashing ability of B.Robinson over N.Harris.
This is not meant to be a knock on N.harris.
I like what he brings to the table.
Like most I am hoping we keep all three happy next year. But when Robinson gets shot behind that number one O-line.
People are gonna remember How excited Galloway and Kirk was during the spring game.

based on what? I like Robinson a lot, but we don't have the sample size the coaches have, and they have 22 above 24 for a reason.

I like Robinson and Najee, but it feels like Najee is starting to find a rhythm. He comes in and has done a really good job.

This has nothing to do with Bama, but I'm posting this tweet from The Athletic because a bunch of us wanted this kid. I'd like for him to transfer here

Darnell Wright
Darnell Wright

The majority of the 2019 recruiting class will end its recruitments during the December signing period, sending in their completed National Letters of Intent. Most of the major prospects in the Mid-Atlantic have already issued verbal commitments but there are some that have yet to make their pledge.
Here are five to track as we close in on the early signing period. Players are listed in order of ranking.

Contenders: Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia
Breakdown: Wright's recruitment has largely been on hold during the season but his top two contenders remain Tennessee and Alabama. In fact, Wright was supposed to make the trip to Knoxville for the Missouri game but that never materialized.
There is a possibility he makes it to Alabama this weekend for the Iron Bowl but the only visit everybody is sure will happen is Georgia. Wright is planning on making the trip to Athens in December, most likely on the 14th but possibly the 7th.
Giving any team the edge right now is impossible but in the past it had been Alabama's message that resonated with Wright. He doesn't appear to want to sign in December so we still have a couple months left in Wright's recruitment.

From above article segment on Quavaris Crouch:
quote:I hope Bama's staff can get the guys they want who don't plan to sign early to go ahead and do so (and keep it secret if they want or need to before they announce it) -- such as Sopsher, To'oto'o, Bogle, Battle, Pola-Gates. It'd be great to get the entire 2019 class signed in December.
Crouch, an early graduate, will sign during the Early Signing Period but will not announce his decision until the All-American Bowl in January.

You really think Jacobs may leave?
Yes. And if he does I think he goes higher than Damien (who I also think is great). Jacobs is a Kareem Hunt/Kamara type at the next level, IMO.

I guess Jeff Thomas is going like Tyreek Hill. Doesn't feel like he has to put in the work. However, Hill persevered at West Alabama to become pretty dang good.

Khris Bogle isn’t shy about his enthusiasm for the Alabama Crimson Tide after a recent visit to Tuscaloosa.
When he wrapped up his visit in Alabama, Bogle told 247Sports.com he was “very high” on the Crimson Tide. On Friday, the four-star defensive end wore Alabama gloves and tucked a Crimson Tide towel into his pants while helping Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons beat Orlando Jones 30-27 in a region semifinal at Dr. Bud Tight Field.
With a little more than a month to go until Bogle makes his college announcement, Alabama has potentially positioned itself as the biggest threat to pry Bogle out of South Florida and away from the Miami Hurricanes.
“I loved Alabama,” Bogle said after the Chiefs’ win in Fort Lauderdale. “It was a great opportunity to see Nick Saban, see the other coaches and just have a great experience.”
The past few weeks have been busy for Bogle. The senior opened the playoffs with Cardinal Gibbons on Nov. 9, then headed north for his official visit with the Crimson Tide the next day. On Nov. 13, Bogle received an honorary jersey to the All-American Bowl, formerly the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Then Friday, Bogle and the Chiefs went down to the wire to beat Jones and set up a Friday rematch with Plantation American Heritage.
The trip to Alabama was enough to shift some of the expectations in Bogle’s recruitment. One prognosticator for 247Sports Crystal Ball put in the first prediction pegging Bogle to the Crimson Tide, but Miami will have a chance now to counter-punch. Bogle plans to be at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday when the Hurricanes close out the regular season against the No. 24 Pittsburgh Panthers and will make another trip down to Coral Gables next month.
“I’m taking an official for sure,” Bogle said. “I don’t know if it’ll be Dec. 14 or the weekend before.”
If it comes Dec. 14 weekend, Miami will be the last to host Bogle before the early signing period kicks off Dec. 19, although the defensive lineman said he doesn’t plan to sign his National Letter of Intent until February. He will, however, announce his commitment early next year when he suits up at the All-American Bowl on Jan. 5 in San Antonio.
“I’ve been watching for a few years now, man, and it’s just a great experience to go out there and show the world what I have,” Bogle said, “commit on the big stage.”
As of now, Bogle is one of three major Hurricanes targets slated to announce inside the Alamodome, along with five-star wide receiver and four-star cornerback Tyrique Stevenson. Bogle, however, might be the most important, partly because of the position he plays and partly because it would mean beating out Alabama for an elite prospect.
While schools like the Tennessee Volunteers and Florida Gators are also in the mix for Bogle, the Crimson Tide is team which has been the serious roadblock for the Hurricanes in the Class of 2019. Alabama swooped in late to steal four-star defensive end Kevin Harris of Grayson, Georgia, in May when Miami thought it had him locked up. The Crimson Tide did the same last month with Braylen Ingraham, another four-star defensive end from Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas.
With defensive end Joe Jackson potentially leaving early for the NFL Draft and three other seniors in the Hurricanes’ current defensive line rotation, Bogle could be an early contributor at his natural position. Alabama, Bogle said, envisions the edge rusher as an outside linebacker. It’s just another factor for him to weigh as he sorts out the final weeks of his recruitment.

Had Jalen in over Tua. Quinnen was in the backfield dang near every time he got in last year as well. Harris is good when he isnt spinning and trying to juke. I like Robinson better tho.
