No worries over Dent over here.

CB isn't near our highest priority and I'd rather spend that spot on another DL or OLB.

As long as we get Dax Hill, I'm good. We killed in with CBs last class.

Of one thing I am absolutely sure of, Nick Saban would get all the one on one time he wanted with a high school playerhe was bringing in with his mom. To beleive a couple of high schoolers could keep wright away from Bama coaches on a visit this important is almost as crazy as some huddie peckerwrecker and river shitty tiders bull shite.

Why are we banging our head about Dent? I know we have a chance with him but I didn't think many were expecting him in this class. I thought Hill (followed by Cross and Pola-Gates at safety) was the priority and if Dent or Stevenson wants in they were takes but if not we use those spots elsewhere. CB isn't a priority now or am I wrong?

I'm not banging my head. TideWarrior is, but he shouldn't. First of all, we do have a shot to flip Dent. Secondly, you are technically correct, my observant and wise friend. Dax Hill projects well at S and CB. So does Turnage. If Bama gets Hill, they might take another CB if he's really good like Dent or Stevenson, but as you and YStar noted, it's not a priority. Pola-Gates moved his decision way out -- to see if we end up with room for him.

I can understand your skepticism but I am really close to this source. I trust my imagination 100%.

Sounds good, I was confused by the head banging. Back to my lazy Sunday.

Lol. My sarcasm meter is off on Sundays. I apologize for the misguided rant, then.

In my defense I did finish adding my 2 inch Mopar lift to my Jeep today so I was distracted.

Tyrique Stevenson picked up a CB to UGA -- from SB Nation's Bud Elliott (Stats: 74% 81/109 Avg days correct: 49) CBs = 5 Miami, 2 UGA

I figured Stevenson would appear somewhere out the blue.

I swear Stevenson takes the craziest photos. His head looks photoshopped and his right arm looks airbrushed into that picture. I believe we are going to find out he is not a real person but just an elaborate internet prank using doctored photos.

Gun to your head, who is the better prospect between Anoma from last class or Thibodeax from this class? Just thought about this today. Would love to have them both on the field in 2019 rushing the passer.

Tbh, I don't get good vibes about Stevenson. He doesn't seem like he appreciates the value of Bama's FB program culture -- i.e., too much hard work for his liking. I don't recall Stevenson ever even mentioning it, despite the fact that Saban always delivers his messages pretty strongly when he meets with recruits. Iow, I don't think Stevenson buys into what Bama's selling. That's just my gut feeling -- which could be wrong tho.

I think Anoma's top end is Derrick Thomas, does everything well but pass rushing will be his calling card. Kayvon Thibodeaux I see more like Jadeveon Clowney. He is not on all the time, but when he is, he can terrorize and O-line and do some freakishly athletic things.

P.S.: I'm guessing here, no clue how to evaluate these guys really. Both will be exceptional.

I don't get any negative vibes from him. I think UGA is who really leads for him (he went there instead of Miami this weekend). I know Kirby is considered more light hearted but I am guessing Smart is working the kids similarly to Saban. I just think Stevenson doesn't care to let people know what he is doing or thinking. He seems like the guy in your group of friends that disappears and shows up an hour and half later like nothing happened and never tells you where he went.

Anoma has the higher ceiling, IMO. And that's pretty incredible, because Thib's ceiling is sky high.

Maybe you're right. Maybe he just holds cards close. I'm not saying I've got negative vibes about his character; just that he doesn't seem to have a lot of interest in Bama, that maybe he's more attracted to a less stringent environment.

Damn it Thursday is not the weekend.

Didn't know that, but if he was there Thursday he still didn't stay for the UM Paradise Camp yesterday. That is when all the NFL Alums come back and most of the commits and top recruits are there. I know he is on campus a lot but it seems odd to miss that, if he did.
