Former 5-star WR, Cal transfer Demetris Robertson lists 2 SEC schools in final 4

quote:

Former Cal WR Demetris Robertson has narrowed his list down to four schools.

Alabama, Georgia, Texas and West Virginia are Robertson’s final four as released by Chimin’ In Media. The Savannah, Georgia, native announced his transfer from Cal last month.

In the class of 2016, Robertson was ranked as the nation’s No. 13 overall prospect and the nation’s No. 1 overall WR, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. He recorded 50 catches for 767 yards and seven touchdowns in 2016 as a freshman before missing the majority of the 2017 season due to injuries. No doubt, though, he’s as talented as they come, and he has much more in the tank.

It ultimately came down to Cal and Georgia for Robertson, but he elected to head out West to start his college career. It’ll be interesting to see where Robertson winds up.

One of our BOL insiders says Alabama hasn't even contacted Robertson.

He's told current UGA players he's coming there. He's a huge attention whore...don't really need that in our locker room.

It's Tuitele's own fault.

We were literally the only school for him and he wanted to be cute and wait.

That's gonna happen to alot of kids this year. All the kids that want to play games and draw out their recruitment to get attention aren't going to have a spot in this class. Better get in while you can this year, boys!!

Didn't someone post a list of some supposedly "silent" commits, back a few days or so ago? If so, this class may be all locked up! Who are the supposed silent commits?
I can't remember.

TOP TARGETS ~ Commit Timelines

Sanders said he plans to commit mid-season, but also said that he might not wait until then.

I put him at the top of commit watch and said he was trending heavily toward us.

Does anyone have an idea of how many or which commits thus far are early enrollees?

Or how many or which recruits from the latest “mock” class are early enrollees?

Thanks in advance

I haven't seen an EEs list. Taulia and Dean are. I read that Metchie could've actually accelerated into the 2018 class but chose not to, so he can probably be one. My memory sux, but it seems like I've seen Thibodeaux, Hill, Webb, Kight and maybe Shane Lee mentioned as EEs.

ETA: I asked Hank if he knew of any EEs among our commits and top targets besides Taulia and Dean. He said he thinks Quick and Tyson will be EEs but that's all he mentioned. He also said he usually gets much more info about planned EEs in September after school starts.

Recently someone posted an article about one of top targets that said the player would be in place to be an EE but was not planning on being one. Can't remember which recruit though.

Idk if any are silent commits, but I'd say Bama looks like the team to beat for these (7) guys:
Trey Sanders
Devonta Lee
Clay Webb
Ishmael Sopsher
Kayvon Thibodeaux
Nakobe Dean
Daxton Hill

Same for these (4) guys, but it doesn't appear they have the green light yet:
Milton Wright
Faatui Tuitele
Siaki Ika
Noah Pola-Gates

ETA: Ika's weight has dropped a bit to 347. He might need to drop more to get a green light. But he might already have one.

Faatui Tuitele's is "Tui"
Idk if Siaki Ika has a nickname.

Sorry about the douche jab dude. I really meant it as a shot at Huddie.....

If you are in fact Huddie I stand-by that comment however.
