You have to be careful in Asian countries. They seem to have a plethora of men dressing like ladies

LINK ]FSU visiting No. 1 overall prospect Kayvon Thibodeaux today (247Sports · 05/10/18)

quote:

Noles247 has confirmed that the Florida State coaching staff is busy making key visits today in California. FSU assistants David Kelly and Donte’ Pimpleton were at Oaks Christian HS to check on five-star defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux, the Nation’s No. 1 ranked weak-side defensive end and No. 1 player overall in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Yesterday we also reported that the staff would see fours-star running back Sean Dollars and four-star cornerback Jeremiah Criddell today.

This is FSU’s second visit this spring to see Thibodeaux. The NCAA allows for schools to visit a recruit two times during the Spring Evaluation Period and FSU has used both those visits, showing Thibodeaux that he’s a priority target. Last week FSU defensive coordinator Harlon Barnett and defensive ends coach Mark Snyder made the trip out west to see Thibodeaux.

The main players in Thibodeaux’s recruitment right now seem to be FSU, Alabama, LSU, Oregon and USC. He’s made trips this offseason to FSU, Alabama and Oregon with more visits likely to take place this summer.

Thibodeaux was in Tallahassee to watch FSU’s spring game. “This is probably one of the best trips I’ve been on, I love it,” he told Noles247. “It’s a family feel and I caught the feeling, I caught the wave of it and I see great things going on with coach Taggart. I didn’t think it was going to be this fun. Like I knew it was going to be fun, it’s Florida State, they got the history, but it was real fun just being able to experience everything.”

Thibodeaux was accompanied on the visit by his mother and coach. A good way to gauge the interest of a recruit is to see who he brings along with him on the trip and mom is always one of the most important people when it comes to making a decision.

His mother also spoke to Noles247 after the visit ended. “I liked the visit, the visit was awesome. Everyone was great. I love the school, I love the spirit. We had a nice visit,” she said. After visiting FSU, Thibodeaux has remained in regular contact with the ‘Noles coaching staff.

He’s hinted on Twitter to May 31st being a significant date. We don’t believe it’ll be his final decision, but more than likely a top 10 or top 5 list. He hasn’t given any more details.

If he does narrow down his list of offers, it’s safe to say the Seminoles will make the cut. Before leaving his visit, Thibodeaux told Noles247 that he was locking in FSU as one of his five official visit and that he’d be taking his visit the first week of the season, when FSU plays Virginia Tech.

Note: Thibodeaux has said UA will definitely be one of his OVs, potentially Iron Bowl weekend. Thibo will most likely be a Bama vs USC battle.

LINK ]Five-star DT recaps latest stop by USC (247Sports-VIP · 05/12/18)

>>> 5* DT/E Faatui Tuitele 6-4/299 (HI) hudl

During a trip to compete at Jesse Sapolu's Super Linemen National Challenge, Tuitele and his HS teammates visited USC, his first return since last summer. He visited LSU, Oklahoma and Texas in March, and then Alabama and Ohio State in April.
Tuitele sat in on a USC DL meeting. He said nice things about USC -- but no vibes that USC leads.

"USC is up there. I'm going to cut it down to five after spring ball and then hopefully commit by the beginning of the season. We'll see where I take official visits; I'm still looking at everything; not sure I'll take any more unofficials since I've been to all the places I wanted to this offseason. That's been a real blessing."

Siaka Ika big DT from Utah , was alpha dog at Vegas opening! Unblockable! I know we want Sospher and Tuitele. And we have DJ but this guy is a monster too and if we only get one of the other two don’t want to lose him.

Hmm how many nose types they looking for tho? They usually take time to contribute and don't play when we play spread teams. Sospher and Tuitele can play anywhere on the line.

SLIDE 1 / 11 - ALPHA DOG: DT SIAKI IKA

quote:

Salt Lake City (Utah) East defensive tackle Siaki Ika (6-3, 360), was back in action for the first time all spring after being slowed by a back injury. But watching Ika, you would have never been able to tell he'd been out. He was dominant in the 1on1's, winning every 1on1, and winning them handily.

He's got such a quick first step, with quick hands, he would disengage from his blockers almost instantly, if they were even able to get a hand on him, and would routinely use his strength and quickness to get past the interior linemen to the bag. Ika won the DL MVP on the day.

SLIDE 4 / 11 - TOP OFFENSIVE PERFORMER: WR MYCAH PITTMAN

quote:

Calabasas (Calif.) four-star receiver Mycah Pittman (6-1, 195), had a strong day and showed why he's among the nation's top receivers. He has strong hands and probably does a better job of catching the ball through contact than any other receiver out West. He has improved his speed and overall burst and was able to get deep and made a lot of plays down the field. He has a strong body and is very tough to press or knock off his his routes

Man, this guys film is really nice. Imagine what he's going to look like playing at 330 instead of 360. He's really quick at 360

Probably lighter then that. Daron Payne weighed 350lbs at one point during his senior year of high school. And he is the stud of studs.
