Four-star LB 'blown away' by Alabama visit (BamaOnLine-VIP)
4-star LB Kevin Harris 6-4/218 (GA) hudl
Harris was extremely impressed by first visit to Bama. He said LSU had an edge over Bama and Miami after his recent LSU visit. He said that's changed now. He said Bama's program offers everything needed to achieve greatness and he sounds confident that he'll be able to play early.

From our boy TigerPaw:
quote:
KN did a recruiting live chat last night. Here's some top highlights
- As of today, KN thinks at worse AU goes 5-1 for those prospects listed in his next to commit article. That 1 being Wanya Morris who he still thinks AU has a great shot at landing
- Was asked of AU's chances with top CBs Kaiir Elam, Andrew Booth & Christian Williams. Said as of now doesn't see any of those 3 picking AU but of them Williams is probably best shot
- KN says talked with someone last night that seemed pretty sure Wanya Morris would pick AU. Admits he really doesn't know which way Morris will go
- Someone asked if coaching stability at AU now helps recruiting. KN said that it's hard to quantify how much but yes it helps. Fact that HC isn't on hot seat every day is big
- As of now, AU wants only 2 WRs in this class
- Asked about where Derrian Brown is in the pecking order compared to Noah Cain & John Emery. Says AU really likes Brown but probably like Emery & Cain a little bit more. But Brown is not close to deciding so doesn't really matter currently
- Was asked about who from MS thinks AU has best shot of landing says 4* Buck Derick Hall & 3* ATH Raydarious Jones (Nakobe Dean's teammate). Later says AU believes they will get 3-4 out of MS
- Believes AU will go 0-3 on top ranked instate OL
- Cain's father told KN they will visit in the next few weeks
- It's early but predicts AU finishes with a top 8 class
- Someone asked him how confident he is in Pappoe prediction. Says there are still 3 weeks to go so plenty can change but as of now he likes his pick for AU. T-WILL, playing time & just being comfortable at AU have been significant
- Confirms that Pickens is talking to a lot of schools right now but in the end both KN & AU believe he sticks with the Tigers

I'm pretty confident Bama is in very good shape right now for #s 1-9 and it's about 50-50 vs LSU (maybe slightly better) right now for #10.

Iowa can't get, and wont even waste resources trying to get, the kids Bama and/or AU want. They're targeting diamonds in the rough that may prefer to go to a program like Iowa instead of Troy, UAB, WKU, etc.

Why would anyone know your an atheist
A very high percentage of atheists are rather militant these days. Not all. I'm not trying to paint a broad brush here, nor imply anything about the poster here. But with clowns like Richard Dawkins out there telling them to publicly make fun of believers, many of them are following people like him and other youtube personalities (as this is where the militant atheism is springing up) lockstep. Ironic, indeed, as many of them like to say that believers aren't freethinkers. Yet, so many of the atheists are lead around with hooks in their nose blindly following the Judas goat.

Over the weekend at the Adidas 7on7 National Championships in Los Angeles, 6-foot-5, 228-pound QB Harrison Bailey said he felt good about a few programs.
“One of those schools would be Alabama,” Bailey said. “The NFL Players, you look at the draft and you see the players from Alabama going in the first round. Coach Saban is going to be a coach that can take me to the next level.”

After extensive film review, internal debate and reflection following The Opening Atlanta Regional from late March, 247Sports has made a number of necessary rankings moves from what was the most talent-packed event of the year to date. With several other loaded events taking place recently, more rankings moves are likely to follow this week. For now, here’s the Atlanta returns.

Nolan Smith (FL), WDE, Georgia commit – Smith’s freakish performance not only testing (at 6-3, 232 pounds, he ran a 4.51 in sub 40-degree weather) but during 1on1s has drawn Von Miller, Khalil Mack comparisons. The 3-4 OLB moves up from No. 3 in the country to No. 2 overall.

quote:
Nakobe Dean (MS), ILB, uncommitted – The only thing Dean is missing is length. At 6-foot-0, he’s shown us everything else. He tested really well, showed pass-rush ability with power and dip-and-lean ability, showed special awareness in coverage and he’s extremely intelligent. Then you turn on the film and the guy is a straight head-hunter. He’s moved up into the Top 20 with a 97 rating.

Kevin Harris (GA), WDE, uncommitted – One of the best speed rushers we’ve seen all year, Harris’ film checks out and he actually brings some physicality beyond just the edge speed. With Alabama, LSU, Miami, Clemson and others chasing, he moves into the Top100.

Mohamoud Diabate (AL), OLB, uncommitted – Another defensive end body that tested inside of 4.6 in the 40-yard dash, Diabate is one of the most athletic edge rushers in the country and has leapt into the Top100.
