Nadab Joseph’s guardian tells SEC Country that he still plans on enrolling early and that he just wants to do his signing “the traditional way,” which means signing in February. That tells me that he may or may not be ready to actually graduate from high school just yet.

Something to watch

While [Quay] Walker isn’t expected to sign with Alabama during the early signing period, I have heard that there’s a chance he signs with a different school.

One source close to the Georgia program told SEC Country that the Bulldogs staff was working hard on pushing through Walker’s application to the school so it can have paperwork ready for him to sign on Wednesday.

I don’t know if this will actually happen, but it’s certainly something to keep an eye on.

He wants to enroll early but not sign until February? That doesn't really add up.

There are mid-term enrollees now. A couple guys enrolled in late February/early March in the 2017 class.

From BOL yesterday afternoon:

Quay Walker is still firmly committed to Bama, per numerous sources. As has been the case for the majority of his commitment, he’s still expected to take some official visits and enjoy the process. Auburn and Georgia remain contenders for him. Michael Parker is expected to blue-shirt.

After electing to take a grayshirt in the 2017 class, former Top100 recruit Jarez Parks signed with the Crimson Tide on Wednesday morning.

The Sebastian (Fla.) River product opted to delay his enrollment over additional offers from several SEC and ACC programs.

“I felt comfortable at that school, the coaches made me feel comfortable and my mom and family,” Parks told BamaOnLine earlier this fall. “It just felt like a sound choice to make. I prayed about it. That’s what my heart led me to. I just went with my gut and what God told me to do.”

Parks is already on campus practicing with the team ahead of the College Football Playoff.

At 6-foot-4, 260 pounds, Parks was rated the No. 7 weak-side defensive end and the No. 91 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.

He projects as a defensive lineman.

So we might get to include him in the class ranking after all.

We had our office Christmas party this morning so I'm a little behind the curve on what has transpired so far today.

Anyone know where I can find a complete list of who has signed already?

I'm wondering why Georgia has a higher score on 247 composite when we have the same number of commits and bama has a slightly higher average player ranking?

Some of these 18 year old kids’ egos are sickening. So far away from being a grown man it’s insane.

Need to go ahead and pull Nadab’s offer if he’s getting cold feet. We are in the position to not beg for recruits. I want kids who want to be at Alabama.

I don't know, but reading through their thread it appears they are the reason Nadab Joseph will not sign today.

They also posted that Quay Walker is trying to get approved by their school administrators so he can flip to them.
