Pruitt offered Andres Fox and Dominic Wood-Anderson

Clearly took Bama's recruiting board with him.
Can't hate it, the evaluation work is done on these guys by Saban, a hail mary to get maybe 1 is a win for him.

if he had already been there, h'd be recruiting these guys. cant blame him for doing his job.

Im not worried about Pruitt taking any recruits. Im more worried about guys going elsewhere because of him leaving

Kid looks athletic for a big guy. His offensive line technique was really bad in those videos. What had me most concerned and, could be a big nothing burger, was that if you watch after he makes some nice tackles for losses about 5 or 6 times his teammates don't celebrate with him. Which is something I find weird.

You worry and fret way too much about every twist and turn in recruiting. Saban is one of the best recruiters on the planet. He has known for a while that Pruitt could get hired away.
Some recruits on the board may end up at UT or elsewhere, but I doubt we'll lose out on any of Saban's top targets due to Pruitt leaving. It'll raise some concern initially for some recruits, but I figure Saban can alleviate their concerns.

Would be helpful if the new DC was announced, give the kids some stability

NS may have already told someone on staff but in no hurry to make it public since JP will be with the team. I bet the croots will be told

longer he stays.. more inside info he can get.
You sound crazy.
He has worked with Saban for many years and is our DC. He literally knows everything there is to know.

There is a lot of times that Saban knows the recruit is flipping and the staff doesn’t. Kiffin talked about this his first year. Talked about how Saban was calm and on to the next, while the rest sit in the room watching signing day announcements..lol It’s not many but it’s one or two every year.. we also don’t recruit by normal 5 star ratings.. if we have a diamond in the rough we are after.. I don’t want Pruitt to find out. Or a late offer which we do a lot.. see jones. Sorry man he burned us with FSU.. and all those saying he is all Bama has forgotten this

He doesn't know the Charger dealer only BObby Williams knows him. That's the only reason he's been on staff so long.

Appears Crisobol won't be following Taggart to Tallahassee, looks like he is going to be Head Coach at Oregon.

Another big recruiting weekend on deck for Alabama recruiting
We’re just 12 days away from the start of the early signing period. Alabama will host several top targets and commits this weekend on official visits. It should be an interesting weekend because every target and commit expected to visit are all defensive players excluding punter Skyler Delong, and the Tide just lost defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt to Tennessee.
Here is a breakdown of who’s expected to visit this weekend and where their recruitment stands as of Friday:

Alabama targets visiting this weekend
quote:
Eyabi Anoma, 5-star defensive end, St. Frances Academy (Baltimore)
Eyabi Anoma has been a major target for Alabama for several months. The Tide are recruiting him as a Jack linebacker. Though he’s from Maryland, he’s visited Tuscaloosa multiple times and Alabama has been considered the team to beat now for several months.
Anoma has planned to announce his decision on National Signing Day in February but the Tide would love to get him on board this weekend. Alabama is competing with Maryland and Michigan for Anoma.

Christian Barmore, 4-star defensive tackle, Neumann Goretti (Philadelphia)
Christian Barmore has risen quickly on Alabama’s board at defensive tackle. He’s arguably the top target now at the position. Coach Nick Saban and defensive line coach Karl Dunbar visited Barmore in Philadelphia on Monday.
Defensive tackle is one of the key positions of need for the Tide this cycle, and Alabama would love to land Barmore’s commitment. It likely will come down to Alabama and Georgia when he makes his decision.

Andres Fox, 3-star defensive end, Mobile Christian (Mobile, Ala.)
Pruitt was Andres Fox’s primary recruiter before he left for Tennessee, but just how much his departure from Alabama means to Fox’s recruitment remains to be seen.
While Pruitt heavily recruited Fox, I really don’t think his departure means much to Fox just because he grew up a major fan of the Tide and his parents have previously said that they want him at Alabama. If Fox chooses Alabama, he’s going to choose it for the school and not just because of a coach.

Anthony Lytton, 4-star cornerback, Dr. Henry Wise (Upper Marlboro, Md.) — committed to Florida State
Just how much Anthony Lytton is being pursued by Alabama is unknown. There was some interest on the Tide’s side before he committed to Florida State, but I’m not sure where Lytton stands on the defensive back board as of now. The team’s top targets at cornerback are Jalyn Armour-Davis, Nadab Joseph, Saivion Smith, Tyson Campbell, Josh Jobe and Patrick Surtain Jr. Armour-Davis, Joseph and Smith are already committed to the Tide.
