Alabama has a commitment from 4-star prospect Stephon Wynn, who will likely end up a defensive tackle when he enrolls. The Tide are also targeting the following players:
5-star Ohio State defensive end commit Brenton Cox4-star defensive end Tyreke Smith3-star defensive end Andres Fox4-star Texas A&M defensive tackle commit Bobby Brown4-star defensive tackle Christian Barmore4-star defensive tackle Tyler Friday
The Tide will likely sign 1-2 more out of this group. My projection right now is Barmore joining Langham and Wynn. I still need to hear more about Cox before projecting him to flip to Alabama.

Brenton Cox, a 5-star Ohio State defensive end commit from Stockbridge (Ga.) High School, took an official visit to Tuscaloosa this past weekend. It was Cox’s second trip to Tuscaloosa this fall. He visited for the Arkansas game.
Alabama was trying to get him to take an official visit during the Mercer game, but those plans fell through. He ultimately visited Georgia that weekend. But, the Tide accomplished their goal and got Cox back on campus. He brought along his mother and one of his coaches, who is an Alabama supporter.

Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt was at Stockbridge on Monday while the Ohio State staff is expected to meet with Cox in the coming days. He is supposed to make his first trip to Columbus this weekend but a source told SEC Country that that trip may not happen. If it didn’t happen, look for either Alabama or Georgia to get his commitment.
Cox will visit UGA next weekend. He told DawgNation’s Jeff Sentell last week that he’s giving serious consideration to the Bulldogs.

We're going to clean up on the DL. Could be a historic DL class. At worst, it should be really really good.

I was worried about a DT position but I feel better now. I have been out of the loop since the Auburn game so how is our mock secondary looking?

Looking good for Savion Smith, Nadab Joseph, and Josh Jobe.
Have heard nothing new with Tyson Campbell one way or another in weeks concerning any team.
Wish we'd make a move for Isaac Taylor-Stuart. Sounds like he might be slightly below some of the others on our priority list, though.

I keep forgetting about Jarez parks!! But what are the projected players we will clean up with on the Dl? I know nothing is definite with recruiting til they sign , but who are the main 3 to 4 guys we get?

Feeling good about Wynn (committed), Anoma (FREAK), Cox, Barmore, Jordan Davis (beast that's committed), and Malik Langham. Also, maybe Bobby Brown.

I REALLY hope we're recruiting him as a DL and have him put on some weight with Cochran. We need DL way more than Jack LB's, or any LB in general.
