Curry looks the part. Actually looks like beast mode! But they show about 5 or 6 runs of 90 to 60 yard runs , but no one touches him . Athletes today anyone can do that . But Brumfield who is commmitted to Texas tech. Nobody brings him down and he has speed. 4200 yards and 52 touchdowns. Can’t believe he’s ranked 60?

I mean, we have a QB right now with a cannon for an arm and aren't asking him to make those deep out throws so a kid with questionable arm stren

I wouldn't call hurts' arm a cannon. It's above average. Now Coker has a cannon

Hurts has a cannon.

It may not be on Coker's level but he has an extremely strong arm.

The problem is we don't let him show it.

That's intentional.

Yeah, because we have an overly conservative minded HC, who has obviously toned down on the explosive vertical plays.

Hurts needs to grow but it isn't all on him.

I see Hurts get a few opportunities a game for deep balls and I wager most of them gain nothing. Daboll is doing a good job imo, and he isn't going to make Jalen play to his weaknesses.

Yeah we called a lot more deep balls with Coker and Sims.

It was a different OC, running a different scheme.

Hurts threw more long balls last year, specifically because that OC was less conservative, more attacking and vertical.

That's the reality.

I'm sorry, but saying Hurts throwing deep balls is a weakness makes me think you are stuck in 2016 and haven't seen him play this season.

I consider a cannon 65+ flat footed and I personally don't think hurts quite has that. I'm not saying he has a weak or even average arm but he isn't a croyle coker who have the baseball type hose.

The DT we offered yesterday, Christian Barmore, was ranked around #2,182 in the Composite rankings twenty-four hours ago.

He is now #724.

247 has given him a 4th star and bumped him all the way up to #274 overall.

Nice.

I'm still surprised Slade hasn't gotten an invitation from the Army game. He seems to be a perfect fit for the type of players they go after each year.

I mean I don't blame them taking a closer look when UGA, BAMA & LSU all offer a kid but that's still hilarious

The southeast is hurting for quality DT recruits right now

At least they are not being stubborn and sticking with the low ranking, but a 1,800 spot jump is funny as hell.

No word on him from the Auburn side? I figured they would throw an offer out too.

I'll never understand how Miller got away. Literally a checklist of 10 items all in Alabama's favor, but will head elsewhere just because.

We need to push Robert cooper, since Florida st. Having a down year. I’ve heard there is interest, but we have to get him on campus.
