Haven't seen it posted anywhere but apparently Bama offered 3* TE Matt Alaimo tonight. Dude has blown up this month. Was major AU target until we convinced Joiner to play a hybrid TE/RB role. 247 says he should decide in next 2 days if he will visit Bama

It's always interesting to me when 2 regional schools from one place end up very involved with the same kid from a place completely off the grid from them like this.
I would also love to hear a verbal history of one of these guys who is basically deciding between Western Kentucky and Florida International (and has been basically only hearing from schools like that for 12-18 months) one day in mid-January and then, 2 weeks later, gets offers from Alabama, Texas and Penn State. I can't even imagine what that 7-10 day period must be like.

Guy has some good hands, works his way through zone coverages to get open.
Seems Gattis got in Saban's ear pretty quick about him. Not sure where TE falls on priority at this point though...

Dude catches everything. Not the fastest & his route running isn't pretty but he can do everything you want a tight end to do. Would have been happy if AU had landed him. UCLA is the current favorite now

It seems weird that we aren't landing as many in-state kids this year. Next year should be a good year for Louisibama recruits.

Auburn has some of the most talented d line guys that never seem to be early draft picks but yet they still get them. Hopefully Langham doesn't fall for it.
