So apparently Patrick Surtain's dad interviewed for the DB coaching position and didn't get it. He may be in consideration for the 10th coaching spot. I'm thinking he's using his son as leverage to bolster his career, package deal

If Surtain Sr. is a really good coach, knows lots of other south FL HS coaches and can recruit well, I have no problem if CNS chooses to hires him.

I wouldn’t mind giving Surtain Sr. an analyst job and let him work his way into the field her or somewhere else. Frankly, not sure why we haven’t already done that along with every other school.
