ORLANDO, Fla. – With some of the top prospects in the country going up against each other all week in the Under Armour All-American practices as well as the game itself, several players saw their stock rise while others, for various reasons, saw theirs take a dip.

STOCK UP

-Monroe (La.) Neville DE Phidarian Mathis: The 6-foot-4, 287-pound defender is a very high three-star according to 247Sports but he more than held his own with some of the higher-ranked players. Mathis played both end and tackle throughout the week, showing his versatility, and proved to be a surprisingly good pass rusher for his size.

-Madison (Ala.) Clemens DE/DT LaBryan Ray: Normally a defensive end, the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder played inside at tackle all week and he gave the guards fits. Ray is an incredibly versatile lineman that can play a number of spots at the next level. He’s already ranked as the No. 46 player in the country by 247Sports but it wouldn’t be a surprise if he ended up even higher.

Dylan Moses, OLB, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy — TEAM ARMOUR
The Alabama commit was around the football all day. He finished with 10 tackles, one tackle for loss and a pass break-up. Moses was the best linebacker from start to finish this week, and in the game, the five star played like his ranking.

If you spent any amount of time around them, most of their fans are the most pretentious douchebags you will ever meet IRL.
You can say that about any fanbase when you have to live in their territory.

The only fan base I don't get along with is LSU.
Obviously.

The only ones I don't like are Tech fans and a few AU fans on here. It's weird how people talk so much trash on here but not irl.

Message board tough guys.
The last time I was in the Superdome I almost got into a fight with a LSU fan. At a Saints game.

I actually have much more of a filter on here than I do in real life
I can't be banned in real life

It was technically UT territory, but the UT fans weren't nearly as pompous.

SAN ANTONIO - It’s down to three schools for the Devonta Smith sweepstakes – Alabama, LSU and Miami.
All three programs will receive official visits from the four-star receiver from Amite (La.). LSU will get the first crack in January on the 13th, followed by Alabama on the 20nd and rounding out with Miami on the 27th heading into a National Signing Day decision.

Well... what they heck do they have to be pompous about in the last ten years

So is it looking like Uga will win the battle for the #3 class nationally this cycle ahead of FSU and L6U? Or could Uga even pass OSU due to numbers in the class?
Posted on 1/1/17 at 6:52 pm to Bama3714
It depends on how many OSU can bring in and who we can get that's left on the board. I think they're limited this year. We'll probably finish 3rd this year but it's still the best class we've ever signed.

USC insider who claims to have an employee who is involved with Najee's recruitment says Najee will not end up here. Link to thread

Same "insider" posting info on the Michigan board:
quote:
That cal was closer than people realize due to a cal coach that has known family forever
Mom wants no part of her boy in the Deep South
Family wants him to get away from Nocal
USC and Michigan coaches have done a great job of recruiting him including having chance airport meetings with him
USC coach thinks he can pull both Carr and Harris but Carr 7on7 coach says no way in hell would Carr stick with USC in that scenario
Alabama returns everybody and Harris sees himself as three and out
He is better than anyone Michigan has now and Michigan will give him the ball 30 times a game
Been hearing Michigan for almost three weeks
Take it for what it's worth.
As an FYI don't kill the messenger but Austin Jackson is all USC
