I'd be fine splitting Carter and Knott with OM. I would also be pretty butthurt if they got both.

I want Shyheim Carter. Knott is a great athlete but he's small

They do this every year and all the past players have said they were warned ahead of time that this could happen and if it did the grayshirt scholly would be honored for the following years. Some switched schools but said they understood and were warned. Some have embraced the grayshirt bc they realized they were undersized for the college game and could use the extra half year. The only kid i ever felt got screwed by Saban and staff was the DL from Al. that ended up at Arkansas. He seemed to have gotten a raw deal.
