Have heard that he's not a certain take right now. Viewed as a solid SEC DB, but not a 1st round type. We'll just have to see if we decide to take him.

We have all of these spots, why not take a project? If I were to just read your posts, I'd think that we have 24 commitments and are deciding who gets the last spot.

The OM board is saying that one of their mods, Neal, is reporting that it's a two team race for AJ Brown, Alabama and Ole Miss. Miss St. is out of it according to Neal.

The five-star was also able to spend time with his potential future position coach.
"Coach (Jeremy) Pruitt is going to be the linebacker coach," he said. "We sat down and watched a little film. He recruited me at Georgia, he's the one who offered me at Georgia. He's just a great guy. I asked a lot of players about him and they say he's a great coach.
"We're just going to keep on maintaining the relationship and see how things go come signing day."
Davis will visit Auburn officially next weekend before a February 3 decision. He expects Auburn, Alabama and Notre Dame to visit with him this coming week.

Per BOL, Pass only briefly talked to Kiffin and Saban. Said he didn't get to sit down with either of them, and he just hung out with the players mostly.
Sounds like he was a real priority for our staff. Wonder why we didn't get the flip.

Not to go all Hulkamania, but if 1st Rd projection was a standard for commits, we'd have a lot less comitted.
