I was just wondering and I have no issue with redfish or AI at least they are willing to go out with on a limb with info and speculation unlike many sights will not until it is 100%

I agree. He calls it like he sees it (in regard to his opinions), and reports what he knows. No fluff. His team notes are the best info out there, IMO.

Man oh man, it's dead right now. Hopefully The Opening will be around the corner to drum up some good conversation.

The OM mod, David Johnson, says he is close to putting in a CB for Greg Little to OM. Their mod is a bit of a homer, so TIFWIW.

Apparently everybody other than Bama has a homer or two among their mods.

Believe he's the top TE on our board (or at least was as of a month or so ago), but that we don't think we have a very good shot here.

BRADENTON, Fla. - Talent from all across the country took the field at IMG Academy for the first day of the annual IMG 7-on-7 national championship on Saturday. With more than 40 teams from all across the country in attendance at the event, there were plenty of big names giving the latest on their recruitment. Here's a breakdown of the biggest tidbits.

Five-star athlete Demetris Robertson continues to keep recruiting fans guessing, but it's looking more like Stanford is the team to beat for his services.
Robertson said he will visit the Cardinal next month and plans on staying in town for at least two days in an effort to get the full experience. Robertson said the combination of academics and football remain the main factors helping Stanford.
The biggest threat to the Cardinal may be Georgia, and Robertson said he will be on campus in Athens for Dawg Night next month, with his mother in tow. Robertson's mother has yet to see Athens for herself, and Robertson said her opinion will also be a major factor in his decision. As far as a timeline, Robertson said he doesn't intend to announce anytime soon and will take official visits to several schools, including Stanford and Notre Dame.

Five-star linebacker Ben Davis plans to visit Florida State on Sunday and will return to Georgia for the school's Dawg Night event on July 18. Davis recently visited Florida and says he hopes to return. He names no favorites in the process but hopes to trim his list before the season. According to Davis, Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Florida State, Auburn, Florida and USC are most active in his recruitment. Davis will make a Signing Day decision.

Leeds (Ala.) 247Composite 3-star Tre Nation attended Arkansas' Advanced Camp on Saturday and was among the most impressive campers.
Nation has 13 offers and his Crystal Ball is at 100-percent for Louisville though it only has one pick. Nation ran a 4.48 at Arkansas and showed his skills at running back.
"I felt like I did pretty great," Nation said. "I think they my 40 was a 4.48, my shuttle was a 4.37 so I think did pretty good today in it."
At the camp, Nation got a chance to work with Jemal Singleton. Nation was impressed with Arkansas' new running back's coach.
"He did good," Nation said. "He gave me a couple of things I didn't know about and I kind of got the rhythm of it."
Nation has been offered by Cincinnati, Louisville, Arkansas State, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville State, Memphis, Mississippi State, Navy, Samford, South Alabama, Southern MIss, Troy and Western Kentucky.
"Colleges I am looking at right now are Cincinnati, Louisville, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia and Florida State," Nation said. "I would love to play in the SEC, but as of right now I really don't care, I just want to play football."
Nation got to see most of Arkansas' facilities while on campus.
"It's nice," Nation said. "It's way more than I expected. They have got a big weight room, a couple of fields and the indoor is a playing field, 120 (yards), so it's a nice campus. They showed me around [Friday] and I loved it."
Nation is coming off a junior season that has helped him gain the attention of the college recruiters and thus the reason for the early offers.
"I rushed for 2,050 and had 27 touchdowns," Nation said. "I believe an offer from Arkansas is going to come a little bit later."
Nation, 6-0, 220, has a grade of 84 with the 247Composite, No. 2 fullback in the nation and No. 36 prospect in Alabama. As noted in other places on this site, Hawgs247 projects Nation as a tailback in college.

Ho hum... Wake me up when he hits a 100 yarder. JK.JK. Eddie I was just joking.

I don't care if it's from 70 yards or 7 yards(yes, I realize this is not possible), I just want someone that's reliable. Haven't had that the past few seasons.
70 yards is incredible btw

There's an AJC article about Salomon. He pled guilty to the burglary charge from Dawg Night last year. First offender status. 5 years probation. 320 hours community service. He was also ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation and barred from the Western Circuit (including Athens-Clarke County) except for community service and participating in football games.

That's terrific news for Saloman. He got off very lucky! I'd imagine he'll commit to us in the near future now.

Also a good chance Michail Carter goes public this Summer as well. If/when that happens, our coaching staff will likely be a good bit more thrilled than the "star gazers" on this board. He's a 4* on the sites (which is already pretty darn good), but our staff thinks he's a monster. He whipped everybody at our camp, and went up against some top-notch OL competition.
