I would love this pickup. A solid target with game experience. Just one more weapon opposing Ds would have to contend with.

Hope we get him, would be a good replacement for Cam Sims this year as he rehabs.

Bucc he reminds me of Mike Evans from a&m. Always an option and threat especially in clutch or a QB bail out situation.

Mike Evans was thick. He played around 230 or so and very muscular. Also probably taller.

From the LSUr board:

Also on another note, LSU needs to put the dagger in Bama this year. They have been flailing the last couple of years (consecutive postseason losses in big games), and now their recruiting class is off to an incredibly slow start. I like how another guy on the rant put it, The Purple and Gold Era.

Those guys are fricking nuts.

Yea we had that mini era when Bama was recovering from probation. Thanks for filling the vacuum. But its our torch once again. Order restored.

We offered a couple underclassmen over the weekend, most of them on the O-Line. I'll post their profiles and highlights over the next few posts.

Demetrius Robertson news from BOL via our tall friend from TSWSNBN:

quote:

His guardian said he had a great trip. Got to talk with Napier about how they want to use him and being short on scholarship receivers coming up.

Talked with Saban about academics but it was more of a trip to hang out and get a better feel for campus.

Says Bama is still up there because the prepare you physically and mentally. He likes the way Saban runs things as a parent.

Georgia, Bama and Stanford seems to be the top schools. Open to Notre Dame and planning to take a trip out west.

Wants to go where his sister goes. Bama is looking into her coming here for track.

Gonna take their time and not rush it. He still loves Alabama but just wants to make sure of decision.

His guardian is his brother.
