I wanna believe in both, but I can hardly believe we pull one of em.
Jefferson doesn't seem all that likely at all though, lately anyway.

They dont recruit Offensive Linemen all that well though, IMO. Its a bit similar to what we ran into a bit, but we still recruit OL in higher numbers than they do. Their skill position talent on Offense and Defense is second to none, but their depth in the trenches is lacking on both sides of the ball.

You've got to be a particular "type" to want to go play for Coach Trickett on the OL. He's great at his job, but he's a very demanding coach with some colorful words of motivation.
Remember when that OL transferred from FSU to Auburn because Trickett called him fat and wouldn't let him be around the other linemen? Made the guy cry even. He was trying to push the him because he came in so overweight(30 pounds on top of 320) and wasn't doing what was asked.

Honestly it was a whole lot of "nothing's really changed" with two exceptions:
1. We're looking at a middle linebacker, East Mississippi C.C.'s Lorenzo Phillips. He was a LSU commit who had to go the juco route. Phillips is from the same hometown as Charlot.
2. It doesn't look like Godwin is going to flip from UGA, though he's still going to take an official to Bama for the Iron Bowl.

Looking at a JUCO ILB is interesting. We don't have a third down ILB next year (or this year really) who can cover, Phillips seems to be in that mold.
