Can we discuss what people think about Da'Shawn Hand, please? Do people like bulked up pass rushers? I'd like to re-hash this.
He's fine. He was never going to be a speed rusher. He is athletic and has a very fast first step and uses his hands well.

OK, I didn't actually want to re-hash this entire conversation. Thought it would have clearly read as sarcasm.
Sorry, ABDIW, just picked your response because it was the most recent.

Alabama commit Blake Barnett is the biggest prospect in attendance and while some others may have had more eye-popping plays, no one is as steady and consistent as Barnett. Everything is effortless, his body is always calm and deliberate and he rarely misses.

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Built-up anticipation ended Sunday morning in Oregon as 19 of America's top quarterback prospects assembled on the same field for the start of Elite 11 finals at Nike's world headquarters. The annual event, led by head coach and Super Bowl champion Trent Dilfer, puts its competitors through a variety of passing drills that challenge their power, accuracy and decision-making.
Elite 11 alumni include national stars like Andrew Luck, Tim Tebow, Matthew Stafford and Jameis Winston. The 2014 edition features several recruiting class cornerstones, with Josh Rosen (UCLA), Ricky Town (USC) and Kyler Murray (Texas A&M) in the mix.
The group, which participated in a pair of sessions Sunday, is mentored by an impressive collection of counselors. Baylor's Bryce Petty and Notre Dame's Everett Golson are among the college standouts in attendance to assist, while Heisman Trophy winners Sam Bradford and Johnny Manziel spent time watching and speaking with participants.
Several quarterbacks turned in outstanding performances on the first day of a weeklong stay in Oregon, which culminates with The Opening later this week. Here's a look a six competitors who stole the show as we watched from the sidelines.

Elite 11 2014: 6 QBs Turning Heads Early On
Blake Barnett, Alabama Commit
School: Santiago High School (Corona, California)
MVP Moment of Day 1
The drills that truly showed off what makes Blake Barnett a special prospect actually occurred without him throwing a single pass. The 6'4.5", 200-pound prospect displayed extremely nimble feet during ladder and hurdle drills, smoothly working his way through obstacles that tripped up (pun intended) other large quarterbacks.
Barnett, a former Notre Dame commit, continues to prove he belongs in the dual-threat quarterback category. He moves extremely well for a player of his stature, whether on the run or simply maneuvering in the pocket, and verified that footwork during the afternoon session in Beaverton.
Analysis
Now that we've lauded over Barnett's lower-body work, let's shine the spotlight on his delivery. No quarterback in a crowded pack of premier passers looks more comfortable while firing the football.
There is no wasted motion, and his release looks effortless, regardless of how fast the ball is released. Barnett, who threw for 2,322 yards and accounted for 35 total touchdowns in 2013, felt positive about his performance in the immediate aftermath.
"I thought I did well," Barnett said. "We all came out this morning and competed, which was great. I felt like I had a strong day."

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Vanderbilt is at 93 percent, while Auburn is at 7 percent.
Vanderbilt appears set to welcome 4-star linebacker Josh Smith to the family soon enough. The Commodores lead big in his crystal ball, and the Tennessee native would be able to headline a class as well as stay in his native state.
At 6'3.5" and 218 pounds, he would give head coach Derek Mason a building block in the middle of his defense.

I haven't heard much about Josh Smith with Bama lately. Probably have others higher on our board.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Missouri leads at 70 percent. USC and Ohio State are at 12 percent, while 6 percent is for LSU.
Terry Beckner Jr. is a 5-star defensive end from Illinois who may move inside to defensive tackle at the next level. He's a tough prospect to call, but the pick right now is Missouri. He is from East St. Louis, plus he'll warrant early playing time there.
However, don't count out Ohio State and LSU
Putting this one here because Lester Cotton is trying to recruit him to Bama.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Ohio State is at 93 percent, while Texas and Alabama are at 3 percent each.
Matthew Burrell will consider several schools, but he is going to Ohio State. The 4-star Virginia native is 6'5" and 290 pounds of brick wall as a blocker. He also has the feet and agility to pull and reach a bit in the Buckeyes' spread-option offense.
The Crimson Tide will give him something to think about, but Burrell will end up in Columbus.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Florida is at 87 percent, while Oregon is at 10 percent. LSU is last with 3 percent.
While Florida has the lead over Oregon in the crystal ball for Byron Cowart, he'll sign with the Ducks. The Florida native will be able to do everything in Eugene, from standing up on the edges to working with his hand down.
At 6'4" and 250 pounds, he also the strength and growth potential to develop into a defensive tackle. UF will be in it until the end, but look for Cowart to sign with Oregon.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Ohio State is at 68 percent, with 16 percent each for Michigan and Kentucky.
A former Michigan commitment, 5-star running back Damien Harris will complete his switch by eventually signing with Ohio State. The Buckeyes are a good team for the Kentucky native, as his one-cut running style should work well in their spread-option attack.
The 5'11", 205-pounder has fine straight-line speed, plus he displays above-average hands as a receiver out of the backfield.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Arkansas and Auburn are both at 50 percent.
From Arkansas, K.J. Hill is a 4-star receiver with a split crystal ball between his in-state Razorbacks and Auburn. In the end, the Tigers will prevail in this race.
Hill is a 6'0", 190-pounder who should be another gritty receiver on The Plains. As a junior, he caught 83 passes for 1,210 yards and 20 receiving touchdowns, per 247Sports.
Hill told the following to Luke Stampini of Gator Bait on April 25: “I want to take all of my officials before I make a commitment. My official will be my top five and that will be it, so probably after my senior season.”

Martez Ivey is as gifted athletically of an offensive tackle as there's been in 10 years. Florida will eventually convince him to stay in the Sunshine State, and he'll be a left tackle for the Gators.
At 6'6" and 270 pounds, he needs to improve his strength. However, he has a chance to be a similar offensive lineman to what Laremy Tunsil has become at Ole Miss.
Ivey told the following to Blake Alderman of InsidetheGators.com (subscription required) on May 11: "I like Florida a lot and have gotten very close with those coaches...they are great people."

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Texas A&M is at 70 percent, while Texas is next at 23 percent. Baylor is last at 7 percent.
Texas may have been the early pick for 5-star linebacker Malik Jefferson, but he now is predicted to sign with Texas A&M. A phenomenal athlete, he is the type of player the Aggies need on defense.
The 6'2", 225-pounder is smart, instinctive and explosive. He is too talented not to see the field immediately in College Station.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions: Alabama is at 75 percent, while Ole Miss is at 25 percent.
Joshua McMillon is a big linebacker from Memphis who will sign with Alabama. At 6'3" and 249 pounds, he has the size of an inside 'backer but the agility to play on the outside. He can fit across the second level in the Crimson Tide's base 3-4 scheme, and defensive coordinator Kirby Smart will definitely get the most out of him.
Hmm... Why do I think he will end up at Ole Miss?
