Interdasting. You'd think he would change his pick like everyone else. I like Rusty. I wonder if he knows something...

My nephew just graduated from Starkville High School. I'm trying to get him to tell me about White.

Trent Richardson was just on Monday Night Raw. He's in the crowd and they made it a point to mention him as the "Former Alabama star".

2015 Prospects who deserve more hype:

quote:

It's a little surprising to see Christian Bell rated as a 3-star prospect and ranked No. 341 in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Hailing from powerhouse Hoover High School in Alabama, he has played against great competition. The 6'4", 220-pounder can crash off the edge well and is a solid athlete with a good amount of first-step quickness. Bell can stand up as a 3-4 outside linebacker, and he is also capable of holding up as a traditional defensive end with his hand down.

There's a reason why Alabama hustled hard to earn a pledge from him.

John Reid is an athletic 4-star cornerback who can smother receivers out on the perimeter. He isn't very big at 5'10" and 180 pounds, but his hips are loose in space.

He is at his best in off-man coverage, as he is comes cleanly out of transition more often than not. The Philadelphia native possesses outstanding short-area quickness to drive and close on balls, and he doesn't get left often at junctions by receivers.

The main responsibility of a cornerback is to cover, and Reid is one of the most responsible cornerbacks in this year's class. Keep an eye on Penn State with him.

Same BR article.

Another 4-star cornerback who should be getting more hype is Tyrek Cole. At 5'11.5" and 170 pounds, the Florida native has long arms to press and disrupt the releases of receivers at the line.

He also displays outstanding agility and athleticism. He can recover quickly to reattach himself with a receiver, plus he has natural awareness and instincts. What also makes him such a good prospect is that he has a certain confidence about him, which helps elevate his play when facing great opposition.

He should become one of the best cornerbacks in the ACC at Florida State. This guy has a bright future.

While he is indeed ranked No. 39 in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, high-end 4-star receiver Christian Kirk should be making a huge fuss over where he is slotted on the board.

The Arizona native is a remarkable talent who is ready to help a college offense right now. He has the body of a running back at 5'11" and 197 pounds, but his explosive speed and sudden athleticism make him perhaps the most talented receiver in the nation.

Kirk is a game-changer who grades out as one of the better receivers and offensive recruits in recent memory. He has deceptive strength with the ball, plus he can return kicks and punts at an elite level. If anyone resembles Seattle Seahawks receiver Percy Harvin in this year's class, it's Kirk.

It would be a bit of a surprise if he did not sign with Texas A&M.

Kirk told the following to Bryan Matthews of AuburnSports.com (subscription required) on May 31: "I've told multiple people that I want to play in the SEC. I believe it's one of the best, if not the best conference out there. It's something I've always wanted to do, compete against the best."

Bring that BR heat. Their slideshow format sucks when posting from a phone so I'm only able to post them from work.

Ya boi Daryl Williams was told by Saban to "not to be surprised" by an offer this week.

Sounds like Bama could be #1 if so, wouldn't say if Auburn would remain #1. FSU drops to #3 regardless.

8 Recruits with Best Shot to Finish No. 1 in Class of 2015

Moving forward, a recruit to keep an eye on is 5-star defensive end CeCe Jefferson. Although he has only average size for his position at 6'2" and 250 pounds, Jefferson is among the most explosive players in the country.

The Florida native also has the strength to hold his own at the point of attack, which allows him to play bigger than his listed size. Jefferson is also awfully versatile, as he can play both defensive end positions, 3-4 outside linebacker and even defensive tackle on passing downs.

He is No. 4 in the 247Sports Composite Rankings right now, but it's not out of the question he finishes No. 1. Look for Jefferson to sign with Florida.

Another player who will be in consideration for the No. 1 spot is 5-star offensive tackle Martez Ivey. Left tackle is one of the most important positions of value in football, and Ivey has the potential to be a terrific player at the position.

At 6'6" and 270 pounds, the Florida native has fantastic athleticism and agility. He isn't the strongest player at the point of attack, but Ivey can shadow and mirror pass-rushers in space with ease.

His outstanding movement skills and high ceiling at a valued position makes him a serious threat to finish this cycle as the top recruit in the nation. Scout.com has already joined the Ivey bandwagon, as it has him at No. 1 in the Scout 300.

I really want Williams. You don't see a lot of 3-star kids talk shite and back it up against 5-star players the way he did Payne.

If Florida loses to Tennessee their season will spiral out of control opening the door for CeCe and others that are perceived Gator locks.
