We are running about 15 posts a day short of a 2000 page Megathread, on track for about 1600 pages now, if we keep up the current pace. Since I am slightly buzzed, due to inclement weather, these are simply unverified but reasonably accurate estimates.

200 grams is over 3/4 of a pound. It's a lot.

@AndrewJBone: Shame RT @616evans4: All I did was commit to a university to get my education/pursue my dreams but a whole city gone treat me like I'm satan

Alabama fans aren't any better. Probably be best if he stopped tweeting about it because it's just going to fan the flames.

It's only intent if he had a scale or had it bagged up.

But 200 grams is a felony here in Ohio by itself. Florida is way worse.

i think i florida they treat just having an amount greater than for personal use as intent to distribute, with no burden of proof that you intended to sell it. This page explains how it works in florida

intent to distribute

the defense he has would be to say he didnt know the drugs were in the car, but thats kind of out the window since they were smoking it in the car, and there was a gun with his prints on it also under the seat.

I'm starting to think we land Jarrett Stidham.

He will commit elsewhere in the morning.

We apparently havent offered the 247 top ranked recruit, Canton Kamatule from Honolulu .....cant remember a recent #1 we didnt offer. Composite has him at 40, so apparently the high regard is not widely held

Umm I could have my metrics wrong but 200 grams is equal to around 7 ounces. 3/4 of a pound sounds impressive but it is like saying 'a coke can' for volume reference.

It just sounds really small to me.

I'm not sure what the prohibition rules are, but it sounds trivial.

So the cops can inform you of your own intent? Lol.

I suppose mens rhea has been killed, left out to rot, and sloppily buried when the law basically says the accused's intention is what the cop thinks it is.

Hell when I buy a big mac in the drive through it comes in a bag, is that burden of proof on 'intent to distribute'?

Whatever, I didn't come to debate prohibition with people but to criticize this kid over such authoritarian rules is just asinine.

ok, will put it this way, possession of 20 grams or less is considered for personal use. this is over 10 times that

@AndrewJBone: Just spoke with Rashaan Evans- "The support #Alabama fans are showing me is the greatest. It makes me feel even better about my decision."

My main concern out of this class is Payne. We need to bring the Payne!

That is equal to around 0.7 ounces.
Again, I don't touch the stuff, but that sounds microscopic.

On the outside, that looks so small that I'm starting to think it's a ruse, "see! he had way more than a person could use, like a hundred times, DA please slap him with 'intent to distribute'!"
