Tim Settle and Matthew Burrell are deciding between visiting Alabama and Ohio State this weekend:

It'd be nice to get both of them back to campus. Perhaps Da'Shawn Hand will call them up and try to get them to come to ours.

They have Ricky Town ranked #92 overall, almost 50 spots below Daylon Charlot.

I don't know why they have Charlot that high, but to be honest Ricky Town hasn't exactly been lighting it up in this QB camps this year....

I'm not even hating. We all knew Rosen was the better QB, and he has shown that in the camps he has attended. Ricky Town hasn't exactly done that.

No he hasn't, but to have him ranked that low is ridiculous.

One thing to consider when looking at ESPN's rankings is that they consistently over-rank players who are participating in the Under Armor AA Game (which they sponsor).

Calvin Ridley and SBB will be in town for at least 3 days this week/weekend.

He'll end up at Missouri. Didn't his family all attend?

247 Sports has released their initial Class of 2016 Top 247 rankings:

LINK

Here are the players from the state of Alabama:

22. Lyndell Wilson OLB Montgomery-Carver
27. John Broussard CB Phenix City-Central
42. Jeremiah Moon OLB Birmingham-Hoover
76. Darius Whitfield OG Mobile-St. Paul's (Josh Casher's little brother)
151. Malik Miller RB Madison-Madison Academy
155. TaDarryl Marshall ATH Leeds-Leeds

Talk about a shitty year in-state. At least for now. Only six 4-stars and zero 5-stars.

Louisiana and Georgia are fricking loaded next year. Louisiana has one 5-star and fourteen 4-stars. Georgia with two 5-stars and twenty-two 4-stars. Mississippi has a bunch of kids in there too. They have eleven 4-stars. Seems next year's class is going to be out of state heavy.

Yeah, but his CB has Ohio State out in front by a wide margin.

The biggest issue I've heard about him going to Mizzou is their lack of production at the TE position.

That is why I laughed when the Michigan 247 writer said that Michigan is standing out for Hentges because of the way they use their TEs. Nussmeier using a TE? Somewhere OJ Howard is having a good laugh.

Come on, Mario. Work your magic.

If you can't coach an oline worth a damn, at least bring home SBB and Ridley for us. TIA

Thought this was interesting:

Minkah Fitzpatrick is a more highly ranked prospect but Montrell Custis looks nearly as good to me on tape.

I haven't watched Custis yet. Thoughts?

Our South Florida recruiting is going to take a huge hit when he leaves.

He better not find a new job until SBB and Ridley are signed or I am going to be pissed.

He may not get one at all if the OL doesn't improve.

Oh, he will get one alright. Saban doesn't fire his assistants. They just find really random jobs .

Cristobal may be the next OL coach at UT Chattanooga.
