Had OSU made it I think they would've fared a little better than UGA. Clemson's defense isn't as good as OSU's and might be about equal to UGA. Clemson is going to get rolled. LSU is just too much on offense for them and Clemson can't get in a shootout with them.

Dobbins would have given Aranda fits. Etienne(sp?) needs to have a big game

I agree. I think the corndogs beat em by 2+ scores. And long term I think that's better for us.

What do y’all think the spread will be I’m thinking LSU - 8.

Probably about right. A TD or so. Burrow really is a special QB. Not as good as Tua 100% healthy but really good. And the more I watch Lawrence the more I think he's not dissimilar from Jalen in that he doesn't really look past his 1st read before he takes off.

Just checked the spread & Lsu started out -3 now it's -4.5 & I'm thinking it'll end up -6 to -8 before kickoff.Total is 68.

The only good news in this scenario is that one of these teams has to lose. The bad news is one has to win.

Uh Burrow is every bit as good as Tua. He has a nearly 80% completion percentage. He’s pretty unreal and I don’t see Tua making throws that Burrow can’t. They’re both amazing but there’s no doubt Burrow is more durable.

I give the slight edge to Tua skills wise because he did it 2+ years vs burrows 1 year but yeah burrow seems more durable.

Tua has the better arm and accuracy in pure football sense. A healthy Tua is just as mobile as Burrow. LSU's offense now gets the WRs and TEs open. I mean they are so open at times it looks like sandlot football. Tua was never in such a system.

I think I’m gonna have to bite the bullet and pull for LSU. I don’t want Clemson turning into a monster like us and we can always just kick LSU’s arse next year to reclaim the throne if they win.

Is bama wearing home or away jerseys for the game?

I still can’t get over how bad and how much the officiating impacted both games.. Good officiating should go unnoticed in a game. If one is having to mention the officials.. they did a shite job. The NCAA has to have full time ones. You can’t have that in playoff games. We make plenty of money in the SEC.. we can’t hire at least one full time crew for big games? We better hope we don’t get Big X officials next year.. pay back will be hell

They should allow both teams to wear the home uniforms since we're so different in colors.

But Joe Burrow won’t be on the field. How often does a QB with an 80% completion rate come along?

This! Shaft is right. I’m sick of hearing how good Burrow is. Ok, he’s good but he’s not Tom Brady v 2.0. The guy is completing a huge number of throws to wide open guys. He never has to fit the ball into a tight window. I’m not sure he can. I haven’t heard this much slobbering over a QB since Tim Tebow. It’s infuriating.

This is pretty ignorant.
