DeBoer is a good coach but being the HC at Alabama is a lot more than xs and os. This team is undisciplined. The players are obsessed with social media and podcasts. Part of this is the new era of college football but part of it is a culture issue. He's got to run a tighter ship if he wants to be successful here.
