I think this is a very weird season coming on the heels of missing an entire year, including the summer, as well as most guys basically having 2 full months of very little intense regimental training last March/April.
I don't know it for sure, but I'd guess that has a lot to do with it. And I'm guessing kids around the country are dealing with it. It's been an issue with prospects at spring training sites who didn't play at the satellite MLB sites last year as well.

Probably wasted base running , weak at bat from wilson right there. We’re just swinging at every pitch it feels like.
